Description
This in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 1-1/2″ flanged connections. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, EPT elastomers, and stainless steel spring and retainer components. This configuration supports consistent fluid circulation within commercial HVAC piping systems.
The unit is equipped with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
