Description
This in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 2-inch flanged connections. The internal assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates these components from system fluid temperatures. The hydraulic section uses a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, paired with a stainless steel spring and retainer. This construction maintains fluid integrity while supporting consistent operation across the system. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for long-term serviceability.
The unit has a 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
