Description
This in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 2-inch flanged connections. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly with a cooler-running design that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, along with a stainless steel spring and retainer. This standardized cartridge design allows common service components across the product line, which simplifies maintenance requirements.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, 1PH unit. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
