Description
The Bedford 20-2294 is a direct-fit replacement for the DuraFlo 750 33:1 Bull-Leather/Teflon pump repair kit, engineered for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists maintaining this high-pressure circulation pump. This comprehensive kit contains the packings, seals, and wear components necessary to restore original performance to a pump that has experienced internal degradation or seal failure during service.
Professional painting contractors and industrial fluid handling crews depend on the DuraFlo 750’s consistent 33:1 ratio delivery for large-volume coating applications. When pressure output drops, flow becomes inconsistent, or leather and Teflon components show wear, a complete kit rebuild addresses all wear points in a single service interval, minimizing downtime and extending pump life.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Leather packing hardening or glazing, reducing dynamic seals and causing pressure loss or fluid bypass
- Teflon component wear from extended duty cycles, resulting in erratic spray patterns or reduced pressure stability
- Loss of prime or cavitation symptoms indicating internal seal degradation
- Visible fluid seepage around pump shaft or rod areas during operation
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
