Description
This in-line pump has a cast iron housing with 2″ flanged connections. The internal assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, EPT elastomers, and stainless steel spring and retainer components. This configuration allows for a standard Type 21 mechanical seal arrangement.
The unit has a 2 HP motor, operating at 1750 RPM, with an ODP enclosure, and a 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
