Description
This in-line circulator has a 3″ companion flange connection. The casing and the balanced impeller use either cast iron or 304 stainless steel. A replaceable cartridge bearing assembly houses the alloy steel shaft and cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, isolating internal bearings from system fluid temperature. The unit includes a two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal, with an optional Sealide-C and Viton assembly for aggressive fluids. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the pump to the motor, absorbing angular and parallel misalignment. These components function together for use in heated or chilled water circulation, primary-secondary loops, or parallel pumping.
This unit has a 3/4 HP, 1725 RPM, open-drip proof (ODP) motor, available for standard voltage and phase power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
