Description
The Bedford 20-3882 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 5:1 Monark and 10.1 President airless sprayers, designed to restore these pumps to working condition without replacing the entire assembly.
Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on kits like this to service high-cycle equipment in the field or shop. Professional painting contractors who maintain their own rental or company fleets depend on these kits to minimize downtime and extend pump life between major overhauls.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Pressure loss or inconsistent spray patterns caused by worn packings and seals
- Fluid bypass or leakage at pump shaft interfaces during high-pressure operation
- Worn check balls or valve seats reducing pump efficiency and output volume
- Loss of prime or slow reprime after storage or maintenance interruption
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
