Description
The Bedford 20-606 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 5:1 Monark and 10:1 President airless sprayers, designed to restore full operational capacity during scheduled maintenance or emergency field rebuilds.
Pump rebuild specialists and professional painting contractors rely on kits like this to address seal degradation, packing wear, and performance loss without replacing the entire pump assembly. Spray equipment technicians use this kit when inspecting equipment returned from job sites or when preparing rental fleet units for redeployment.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Pressure inconsistency or gradual output loss during spray application
- Visible fluid leakage around the pump rod or packing gland area
- Difficulty priming or loss of prime after extended idle periods
- Erratic spray pattern caused by internal seal wear allowing fluid bypass
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
