Description
This in-line circulator has a cast iron casing and impeller, paired with provided companion flanges for piping installation. The unit uses a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly that includes an alloy steel shaft and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, which isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. A two-piece mechanical seal consists of carbon and ceramic components to manage fluid containment. The pump handles connections between 3/4 inch and 1-1/2 inches, suitable for residential or light commercial heated and chilled water circulation.
The motor operates at 1/3 HP and 3450 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by a 115/1V supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
