Description
The Supco SLS160 Automatic Rollout is a bimetal safety limit switch designed for temperature protection in heating equipment. It operates by a thermal bimetal element that responds to excessive heat and opens the circuit when 160F is reached, resetting at 120F, and in HVAC systems it is commonly used in furnaces and unit heaters for flame rollout protection. During installation, it is positioned near burner assemblies to detect unsafe heat buildup and reduce stress on surrounding ignition and combustion components.
