Description
The Trane HTR15194 Crankcase Heater Belt is one of the components in HVAC systems that are used to stop the refrigerant from moving around in the system and causing harm to the compressor during off cycles. This heater belt runs on 480V AC has a power output of 90-100W, has a belt length of 74 inches, and is built to last, with 18 AWG stranded tin-plated copper wires that are insulated with PVC. It is designed to be dependable, with a green or green-yellow striped bare ground wire and black-sleeved lead wires. Usually placed in the compressor of air conditioners and refrigeration equipment, its function is to regulate the temperature in the crankcase.
