Description
The Bedford 55-2356 is a direct-fit replacement for the DeVilbiss JGS-431 air valve assembly, supplied as a bulk kit of 25 for high-volume spray gun service. The air valve controls the on/off flow of atomizing air inside conventional and HVLP guns such as the DeVilbiss JGA series, and buying in quantity keeps a busy shop stocked for repeated rebuilds.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Air leaking through the gun when the trigger is released
- Air valve stem or seals worn from repeated triggering
- Sticking or sluggish trigger response
- Stocking spares for high-volume gun maintenance
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible DeVilbiss equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
