Description
The Bedford 20-5330 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 25D133 throat seal repair kit for Xtreme and XP Xtreme 115cc lowers. It contains the male and female throat glands together with leather and UHMWPE v-packings and the wave spring that keeps the stack loaded.
This is the abrasion-duty throat stack, specified for high-solids and filled materials that wear PTFE packings prematurely. The leather packings are soaked in oil before assembly so they conform to the displacement rod as they seat.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid weeping or running down the displacement rod where it enters the throat
- Wet cup filling with sprayed material instead of staying clean
- Repeated retorquing of the throat nut to hold back a leak
- Hardened, cracked or glazed leather packings found at teardown
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
