Description
The Supco DP40243 3-Pole Contactor is a definite-purpose electrical switching component used in refrigeration control of high-load elements such as compressors, condenser fans, and other motor-driven equipment. Rated at 40A with a 24V coil, it operates by receiving a low-voltage control signal from a thermostat or control board and switching higher-voltage power circuits on or off accordingly. Installed in an air conditioning and heat pump assembly, it operates within the system electrical control pathway to support secure power switching, coordinated cycling, during standard heating and cooling cycles.
