Description
The Browning 3VX425 Gripnotch V-Belt transmits rotational power from the motor sheave to the blower or fan sheave within HVAC system air handlers, rooftop units, and commercial ventilation equipment, running a 42.5-inch outside circumference across a 3VX cogged wedge cross-section measuring a 3/8-inch top width and 21/64-inch depth. Reducing the heat generated through bending fatigue that accumulates in a solid-body belt running the same path, while the oil- and heat-resistant outer fabric wraps the belt firmly into the sheave groove, generating the wedging friction that transfers torque between shafts without direct mechanical contact.
