Description
The Bedford 20-1468 is a direct-fit replacement for the 1:1 Metric Fast-Flo leather pump repair kit, engineered to restore proper function to this ratio-style proportioning pump system used by spray equipment technicians and professional painting contractors in high-volume coating operations.
This leather kit supplies the essential sealing and moving components required to rebuild a 1:1 Metric Fast-Flo pump that has experienced performance degradation or operational downtime. Pump rebuild specialists rely on kits like this to quickly return rental fleet equipment or shop-maintained sprayers to service-ready condition without sourcing individual components.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Leather packings deteriorate and lose their sealing capability, causing loss of prime or inconsistent fluid delivery ratios
- Worn seals allow air infiltration into fluid chambers, resulting in sluggish pump action and spray pattern problems
- Packing material hardens or becomes glazed after extended runtime, preventing proper reciprocating action
- Component wear accumulated over multiple seasons of heavy contractor use requires complete kit replacement for reliable service life
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
