This piston rod is a direct-fit replacement for Graco part 24W617, used in 190 PC ProConnect, 290 PC ProConnect, 390 PC ProConnect. It installs in the original position with no modification.
Common reasons this piston rod is replaced:
- Scoring, pitting, or wear on the sealing surface
- Packing that leaks again soon after a repack
- Loss of pressure or an inconsistent spray pattern
- Normal wear from abrasive or high-solids coatings
