Description
The Johnson Controls T-8000-1 Bulb Element Thermostat is a remote temperature control device used in applications where the environment or location of the thermostat makes it difficult to mount the thermostat. It employs a copper bulb sensor with a 4ft long stainless steel capillary tube. This capillary tube conveys temperature change to the main body of the thermostat that controls a heating or cooling system to achieve a particular temperature range. The T-8000-1 is a proportional thermostat, which makes adjustments to the HVAC system that are small as seen by the thermostat it self in terms of temperature differences.
