The Johnson controls T-8020-101 Brass Well Assembly is a non-Pneumatic rotary valve used in HVAC to regulate water flow in between a boiler/chiller and or another apparatus. The user can switch between hot or chilled water by rotating a handle. This makes it possible to take equipment for service or replacement without necessarily affecting the entire system. The T-8020-101 model is normally manufactured from white plastic with internal brass parts and a firm iron structure. Such construction makes it corrosion and wear resistant thus capable of lasting long before it is replaced.
