Description
The Lennox 68M64 is a Lennox replacement control board that has been designed for use in heat pump systems. The controller of the defrost and blower cycles and gets instructions from the thermostat. Depending on these signals and sensor readings the board regulates the functioning of the blower motor and defrost parts to ensure proper heating and defrosting of the home. This is translated into such advantages as proper defrosting, temperature stability, and higher efficiency of the whole system. The specifications such as voltage, frequency, etc are characteristics of the board itself and are not related to the working of the board in the HVAC system.
