Description
The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100109932 is a Blocked Outlet Switch Kit that comes with the use of the Blocked Outlet Switch Kit as it is a safety measure fitted to a gas water heater and/or boiler. This switch oversees the exhaust venting systems and ensures that any area that might pose a hazard is identified due to blocked paths. When it detects a blockage it turns off the appliance to avoid some risks such as the formation of carbon monoxide. Designed for home and office HVAC applications, this kit increases safety and helps to meet the requirements of the code. This saves time for the homeowner and service professional and adds years to the life of the equipment since it does not allow the unit to overheat and or be damaged from improper venting.
