Siemens QAP22 Cable Temperature Sensor is a reliable and adaptive component used to measure temperature in HVAC systems. This sensor not only has a stainless steel casing to ensure the robustness and resilience to external influence for a variety of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning applications) but also the BER (billing energy reading) adaptor. The sensor operates in the temperature range of -13 to 203°F and provides reliable data in a wide variety of situations. The principle of operation is based on a probe containing a sensitive element, which is housed in a stainless steel probe, and sensitive to changing temperature. Once that, the data is transferred via a PVC connection wire through from sensor into HVAC controllers or building management systems.
