Description
This in-line circulator has a 304 stainless steel casing and an enclosed, dynamically balanced impeller. The unit uses a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly with an alloy steel shaft and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, which isolates internal bearings from system temperatures. A two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal handles standard circulating requirements. It includes companion flanges for installation into 3/4 inch to 1-1/2 inch piping systems. The cartridge design permits common service parts for simplified maintenance across internal rotating components.
The motor operates at 1/8 HP and 1750 RPM, powered by a 115/1 PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
