Description
This in-line pump has stainless steel construction for the pump casing, impeller, and shaft to maintain structural integrity within hydronic systems. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures, which contributes to a cooler-running operation. A Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers regulates fluid containment. This standardized cartridge design and seal arrangement allow for common service components, simplifying maintenance requirements. The 2-inch flanged connections simplify integration into existing hydraulic circuits.
The pump operates with a 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
