Trane HTR15172 Belt is an essential component used in HVAC systems especially those that use 460V 90W crankcase heater with belt diameter of between 8 and 11 inches. This heater helps to avoid refrigerant transfer and to provide optimal lubrication in scroll compressor, particularly in units from 9 to 10.5 tons. These are a heating wire length of 19”, constructed from stranded tin-plated copper wiring which is coated with PVC, and UL/CSA approvals to guarantee safety and reliability. The heater has 90W power and 480VAC voltage that makes it suitable for maintaining the necessary operational conditions and increasing the service life of the compressor and decreasing the need for maintenance in HVAC systems.
