The Trane SEN1526 is an essentialaccessory for proper climate control of your Trane HVAC system. This sensor is approximately 4.5” long and 1” wide and is used to control system operation according to your settings. It has a switch that can detect four modes including cool, off, heat, and fan. It is then forwarded to the control board of the system in question This information is subsequently transmitted. Besides, it has a thermistor, which is a resistor that varies its resistance according to the temperature, in this case, it measures the room temperature ranging from 32 to 122°F.
